What makes 30 Minute Sales different from all of the rest?
There are a number of good services on the market today. However, the greatest drawback with all of them is managing data in two different locations. With the 30 Minute Sales System the user manages one data set and never has to worry about adding contacts or updating contacts in two different locations.
Does your Word addon support all versions of Word?
Yes. We have tested in Word Versions from 2000 up to 2007.
Can we send other items and not just postcards or letters?
Absolutely! Just send us the items that you would like to have included in your package and we will send them for you. If you would like business cards sent with your letters we will include them as well. If you have a unique item just let us know. We are certain we can accommodate.
Is there a limit to the amount of letters that I can send?
No. You can send as little as one letter at a time with no maximums.
How do I create a Word template?
We have worked very hard to create templates for you. They can be found in our template download page. Please know that not all versions of Word are alike and not all computers are the same. If you have trouble configuring your Word template please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Can I see a report showing what I have sent out?
Yes! When you sign up for an account with 30 Minute Sales you will receive your unique login information. Then just go to your Account Login page under support and input your user name and password.
Can you help me design my post cards and write my letters?
We sure can! Contact us for special pricing.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Please know that your sales system must be carried out each and every day, regardless if you use our services or not. While we would hate to see you go we also understand that things change. There are no commitments or long term contracts with the 30 Minute Sales System so you can cancel at any time.
We have more then one sales person in our organization. Will I have to pay $24.95 per month per user?
No way! Your subscription fee is a per customer basis and not a per user basis. Each sales person or user will have a common customer number and login information. You will be charged based upon the mail sent.
What if I do not use Chaos Software?
We highly recommend and endorse Chaos Software products. However, we also know that there are many different offerings on the market today and they are all great solutions. 30 Minute Sales is a Microsoft Word plugin. Therefore, any software that you use that works with Microsoft Word is compatible with our system.
